Single Conviction

Whitehall Priming was founded in Abuja with one clear purpose: to professionalise domestic service in Nigeria. Not because it was a gap in the market, but because it was the right thing to do.

Domestic workers across Nigeria were — and in too many homes, still are — dismissed, underpaid, and undertrained. Precious Chikwendu saw this and decided to change it. Not by lobbying or campaigning, but by building something practical: a training centre that would equip people with real skills and give employers the confidence to pay them what they're worth.

Since 2019, that conviction has grown into something we're deeply proud of — over 500 certified graduates, dozens of corporate clients, and a reputation that speaks for itself across Abuja's household staffing market.
